Stuck, found something wrong, or have an idea? Email support@trailsync-app.com, or in the app go to Profile → Settings → Have your say. We read every message.

In the app: Profile → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. Your account and everything in it are deleted straight away.

Profile → Settings → Privacy: choose a public or private profile, how much of each walk's start and end to hide on the map, and whether your heart rate shows on walks you post.

It's kept on your phone and uploads by itself when you're back online. If it still hasn't after that, email us.

TrailSync helps you plan, follow and record walks. It isn't a substitute for a map, a compass and the skills to use them, or for checking the conditions before you go.
